Project work

Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Any design, development or audit work is agreed in writing, with its own scope, timeline, price and terms. Those written terms take precedence over anything on this site.

Our content

The text, design, illustrations and code of this site belong to Dcycle unless stated otherwise. Client names, logos and project images belong to their owners and appear with their permission. You may link to any page and quote short passages with credit. Please do not copy pages or images wholesale without asking.

Guides and advice

Our guides share what we have learned from our own projects. They are general information, not professional advice for your situation, and you use them at your own judgement.

Links to other sites

We link to client sites, tools and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, Dcycle is not liable for any loss arising from using this site or relying on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
