About us
A studio you can actually reach
Dcycle is a founder-led design and engineering studio, developing products since October 2022. Design and development sit under one contract, so the person who scopes your project is the person in the file and in the repo: no account manager, no relay.
Every project we have shipped is written up in the work index: what it was, what we did, what shipped. You can read the whole list before deciding whether we are the right studio for you.

What we do
Three things, done properly
Discovery, design and development: under one roof, on one timeline, with one point of contact.
Pillar 01
Discover
Where the sharpest work starts. We look at your market, your users and what is already live, then turn that into a scope with a shape: what comes first, what can wait, and the number we are trying to move.
Pillar 02
Design
Research, UX and interface design for products people come back to. We start with who uses this and what number you’re moving, not with a moodboard.
Pillar 03
Development
React, Next.js, Node and Sanity, with AI woven in where it does a job the product needs doing: agents, model-backed features and automation, not a chatbot bolted on for the demo. The same team that designed it develops it, so the detail survives into production.
How we work
The Dcycle Loop
Seven stages, then round again, because products aren’t finished, they’re maintained. Our mark has an arrow for each one.

Things we've learned, written down

An AI-driven design workflow that doesn't ship worse work

Idea to MVP in six weeks: what week one actually decides
Six weeks is not a discount on scope, it is a constraint on decisions. How we choose the one question an MVP has to answer, and everything we deliberately skip.
