asesorr, software for advisory firms

The brief

Two audiences, one piece of software.

asesorr is Spanish software for asesorías, the advisory and accounting firms that handle tax and bookkeeping for businesses. It covers electronic invoicing, client management, document sharing, calendars and tax-obligation tracking.

It serves two very different people: the adviser managing dozens of clients and deadlines, and the business owner who just wants to send a document and know nothing is overdue.

What we designed

Deadlines first, everything else second.

We worked on the interface design, with the deadlines and documents that drive an adviser’s week at the centre of it.

In accounting software, missing something is the real cost. So the design brings what is due and what is waiting to the surface, and keeps the rest one step away.

01Understand the workHow advisers and their clients actually use the product.
02Design the main pathsInvoicing, documents and deadlines first.
03One consistent interfaceShared components across both sides of the product.
Quarterly controls: tax models per client, colour-coded by status
Dashboard charts for invoices and collections

Software that two different audiences have to use every day. Either way, it starts with a call.
